3D AR Try-On Shoes
Led 3D art development for ARES (Augmented Reality Enterprise Services), an internal innovation initiative focused on scalable real-time 3D and AR solutions for enterprise clients.
Directed the creation of high-fidelity, real-time product assets derived from photogrammetry, AI-assisted workflows, CAD, and traditional 3D pipelines. These assets powered web-based 3D viewers (glTF) and AR try-on experiences across categories including fashion, accessories, and furniture.
Developed and documented end-to-end asset creation pipelines, collaborating closely with engineering, AI research, and photogrammetry teams to optimize quality, scalability, and performance. Conducted R&D on real-time lighting, material calibration, and HDRI workflows to improve visual accuracy in web environments.
Created hero assets for high-profile client pitches, including a flagship piece that contributed to securing interest from Dior.
Provided art direction for external vendors and global internal teams, ensuring consistency across distributed production. Contributed to business scaling strategies, asset standardization, and pipeline efficiency. Captured in-studio photographic reference and supported QA processes across deliverables.
Supported cross-functional execution across global teams, bridging creative direction, technical pipelines, and scalable production systems for real-time 3D and AR content.
